James Maddison Parker

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Salter and grandmother, Yvonne Salter.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Jaime Parker, sons, Rodney Cross (Jessica), Austin Cross (Rachel), Payton Cross (McKinsey), and James Parker II (Christina), and three grandchildren, Alistair, Elizabeth and Cyrus. He is also survived by his siblings, Chris Parker (Sue), Vicky Saenz, Sherri Lambright (David), Tahauna Olivo (Juan), and Ashley Parker, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Jan Cross, and brother-in-law, David Dale Jr., as well as many other relatives and friends.

James loved his family more than anything and will be remembered for having a huge heart, always being willing to help a friend in need, and being the world’s biggest Saints fan.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024 at H. C. Alexander Funeral Home, 22 Apple St. Norco, LA. Visitation will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM with a service to begin at 1 PM. Interment will follow at Saint John Memorial Gardens in LaPlace, LA.
