He is preceded in death by his mother, Leah G. Andry and grandfather, Shelly E. Goutierrez.
He is survived by his father, Mark S. Andry, grandparents, Judy Smith Goutierrez, Eleanor Bergeron Andry, and Earl J. Andry, and great-grandmother, Mary Olivier Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
Jake graduated from Destrehan High School in 2010. He was an avid gamer with a compassionate and loving personality. He will be missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at H. C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth St. Norco, LA. Visitation will be held from 9AM-11AM with a prayer service to begin at 11AM. Inurnment will follow at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.
