Harry S. Carmouche Jr. passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the age of 56. He was the loving husband of Joelle Grasso-Carmouche. He is survived by his children; Joshua Carmouche (Meagan) and Myles Murphy, Michelle Collins (Donnie), and his grandson Drew Collins. Harry was born on September 26, 1958 to his caring parents; Harry Carmouche Sr. and the late Mathilda Larroux Carmouche. He was the brother of Rhonda Palmisano (Rodney), Jeannine Pizzitola(Marty), Pierre Carmouche(Kim), the late Paul Carmouche(Verna) and Julie Bilello(Mike). He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Pierre Larroux and Gertrude Ollie Brooks Larroux and his paternal grandparents Fulgence Carmouche and Anna Simon Carmouche. He is also survived by his godchildren; Julie, Jessica, Mellissa and Courtney and a host of nieces, nephews and family members.
Harry served in the Army National Guard. From there he went on to serve as a policeman for St. Charles Parish for 12 years and Jefferson Parish for 8 years. After Harry retired he went on to work for the motorist assistant patrol state as supervisor. Harry touched many lives in many different ways; he will be greatly missed by all.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 10AM till the time of Mass at 12 Noon. Interment to follow at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.
