It is with heavy hearts that the family of Maria Kent announce her passing at St Catharines General Hospital on September 6th, 2020 in her 81st year. Maria is predeceased by her devoted son Shane and her loving husband Connie.
Oumie, as she was fondly known, leaves behind her two grandchildren, Candice (Liam Brown) and Nathan. They will always remember their Oumie’s unfaltering and unconditional love for them.
All who knew her can attest to her easy going, kind and uncomplicated disposition. She truly loved people. Miems will sorely be missed by her daughter-in-law Luana and by her dear friends who became her family.
Cremation has already taken place. Maria will be laid to rest on Saturday, September 19 at 1:30 PM at Fairview Cemetery in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
