Passed peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, in Niagara Falls, on October 11, 2018; in her 78th year. Survived by her loving husband John and her children; Stewart, Lonny, and Fred; along with many grandchildren all of Alberta. Laverne is also survived by her sister Iris of Calgary, Alberta.
In keeping with Laverne's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
