Jazz Terrio-Tompkins

September 12, 2011 - October 17, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jazz, with her family by her side, on Thursday, October 17, 2019 after a courageous life time of battling with her rare disorder, at McMaster Children's Hospital. Loving daughter of Michelle Terrio. Beloved sister and biggest fan of Jordan Terrio (Allisson). Dear Granddaughter of Mark and Trudy Travers. She will be fondly remembered by her special aunt Laurie Bell and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Jazz was always smiling, laughing and playing. She was full of joy and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 7-9 PM and Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 10-11 AM with a celebration of her life at 11 AM at HETHERINGTON & DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

The family wishes to express a sincere thank you to the staff of McMaster Children's Hospital, PICU, and The Ronald McDonald House.
