Suddenly at her home in Niagara Falls on April 8, 2019 at the age of 65. Predeceased by her husband Robert. Survived by her sons Byron & Shane Whissell. Siblings; Cheryl (Bryan) Richards, Landis (Reg) Lahey, Christopher Deline, & Joe (Bobbi) Deline. Predeceased by her parents Patricia & Ronald Deline, her brothers Ronald & Michael Deline. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
In keeping with Heather's wishes, cremation and a private graveside service will take place.
