Suddenly and tragically on August 12th, 2016 at the age of 73. Survived by his loving wife Mei Hor Chan “Mabel” and his children; Woon Hong Chan, “Bill” (Jenny Chan), Chi Kang Chen “Carl” (Mai Kwan), Fong Yim Chan “Pam” (Phil Howland) of Boston. Ken was a chef at Happy Jack’s Restaurant for over 20 yrs then became the owner of Tie Pink Restaurant in Port Colborne for over 10 yrs before retiring. In his retirement, Ken loved gardening, spending time with his family and also his Tim Horton’s family and his dog “CJ”. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and his dog “CJ”. A special thank you to all Ken’s neighbours for all the compassion and support over the years. You really made an impact on his life.
The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls on Friday August 19th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Sat. Aug. 20th 2016 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
