A lifelong resident of Sussex County, Jim attended Newton High School and Kean College. A man with a heart of gold, Jim was known for his kindness and sense of humor.
He owned Sticks and Stones Construction, where his creativity, artistic talent, and hard work were admired. A dedicated sports fan, he especially loved the Yankees and Giants. During his school years, he was a standout athlete and excelled in baseball, football and wrestling at both the high school and college levels.
Jim was a person who cherished friendships, keeping close bonds with those he met throughout his life. Married to the love of his life, his late wife Tina for 23 years, he was a proud and devoted father to Emma and Luke, always present at their sporting events to cheer them on and show his consistent support.
Known for his willingness to help others, Jim was a man who was always there to lend a hand to those who needed help, if he couldn’t, he knew someone who could. In his free time, he loved a good golf game and spending time with the ones he loved. There was always a project around the house that he was working on. Above all, his family was his greatest priority and the source of his deepest joy.
Jim will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His warmth, generosity, and joyful spirit will forever be remembered.
Jim was predeceased by his wife, Tina Louise Williams in 2023; his father, James Joseph Williams, Jr.; his mother-in-law, Mae Bauerlein; and his father-in-law, John Bauerlein. He is survived by his children, Luke and Emma Williams; his mother, Marie Zoeller; his sisters, Tami Westra and Debbie Nannery (Bill); and multiple nieces, nephews, great-nieces and a great-nephew.
