Eileen was born in Manhattan to Robert and Miriam (Lopez) O’Neill. Eileen grew up in Stillwater before moving to Newton. She was Miss Stillwater in her younger years. Eileen loved her cats and was a caretaker to an animal farm. She was extremely artistic; receiving awards and attending art shows. She was always a part of the Sussex County State Fair where she received a Lynn Rainey Award. She was a member of Christian Faith Fellowship Church. Eileen was an exceptional cook; she owned her own restaurant called Swartswood Pizza and Pasta. She was also a cook at Merriam House in Newton, Rainbows of Learning in Augusta and Homestead Rehabilitation in Newton. She always took on the role as a caretaker to all, helping with the children, elderly, and anyone in need. Eileen loved her sons and family with all her heart. She also adored her grandchildren to the moon and back.
Eileen is survived by her two sons, Joseph Weiss and Todd Weiss and his fiancé, Cherise Ferrari; her father, Robert O’Neill; her siblings, Kathleen Broesder and her husband Larry, Darleen Gero and her husband John and Robert O’Neill and his wife Roxanne; her grandchildren Shane, Tyler and Dana and many loving nieces and nephews. Her husband, Floyd Brewer, her mother, Miriam O’Neill and her sister, Colleen Watson predecease Eileen in life.
