She was born April 3, 2001 and was the daughter of Lewis and Melinda Wittcop.
Katlyn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Terrance Wittcop; grandmother, Gloria Ashley; uncle, Brian Wales.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her beloved brother, Caleb Wittcop; grandparents, Michael and Glenda Swindle, Judy Wittcop; uncles, Shawn Wales, Anthony Hall; aunts, Christina Hall, Tonya Lamonte, Andrea Horner; and many cousins who she held so close to her heart.
The memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Exodus Missionary Outreach Church, 1763 Highland Avenue, NE, Hickory, NC 28601, with Reverend Reggie Loncrier officiating.
