Tracy Stephen Miller

September 22, 1965 – August 27, 2022

Tracy, age 56, of Saugus, passed away on August 27th in Castaic, CA,

Tracy was born September 22, 1965 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Terry & Marcella (Guidry) Miller. He grew up an only child with Cousins close. He often spoke of freedom for Adventures, riding bikes throughout the City. He enjoyed building and painting model tanks and planes. Later, Tracy taught himself to play Bass and that became a lifelong passion.

He never expected something for nothing and began working at age12 with a Paper Route, followed by jobs on a Bee Farm and in a Store. At 19 he moved to Newhall, CA to attend The Master’s College completing a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies. He decided not to pursue this as a Career, but it remained a journey of discovery throughout his life.

He began working as a Carpet Cleaner for CBC and remained with the company advancing to a Restoration Project Manager continuing through the recent transition to CBC/Scope. Tracy was a wonderful teacher with a knack for making others comfortable with learning. He loved to learn and shared that with others whenever he could.

Tracy was a gifted Musician, Writer and Artist who was most happy when playing with his friends in Lefty’s Head and later Zen Machine. He wrote a concept album, Timothy’s Tractor, a children’s story, Squirrel One, and was working on another story.

He married Kimberlee Ann Shelton on 4/24/99 in Saugus, CA. On September 30,2004 their Miracle Baby, Joshua Michael, was born making Tracy an Amazing Daddy-O through caring for him at night when Mom worked to teaching him about so many things in unique ways that he came up with for Joshua to better learn and grow into a great Young Man.

He was so very Proud of his Son!

Tracy was sadly preceded in Death by his Mom, Marcella, on 7/21/21.

Tracy is survived by Dad, Terry of Lake Charles, LA, Wife, Kimberlee & Son, Joshua of Saugus, CA, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, In Laws, Nieces and Nephew and Many Friends. All will miss his presence in their life.
