Pearl Frances Holloway, 84, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away on December 5th, 2020 in Lancaster, California
Visitation will be held at 12:00 noon Monday January 4th, 2021 at Eternal Valley Memorial Park in Newhall, California
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 4th, 2021 at Eternal Valley Memorial Park; the Bishop of the El Bonita Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints officiating. Burial will follow at Eternal Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pearl Frances Holloway was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Heber Sidney Sparkes and Pearl Beatrice Millgate on November 15th 1936. She graduated from West High in Salt Lake City in 1954 and then headed to California where she lived for the rest of her life. She married Conrad Lewis Holloway of Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1957 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She worked for Lockheed Aircraft for 35 years and the LA Sheriff’s Department for an additional 10 years until her Retirement. She enjoyed Traveling, Rock Collecting, Country Music, Westerns, and Writing.
Frances is preceded in death by her Mother and Father, her Brothers: Bill and Wilford, her Sister LaVelle; Conrad Holloway (her first Husband), Wayne Mohr of Forest City, Iowa to whom she was married later in life for a short time; and her Daughter Jennifer Louise Holloway.
Frances is survived by her Son and his Wife, Lynden and Beatrice Holloway of Spencer, Iowa; her Grandchildren: Amy Cuzner, Nathan Holloway, Jessica Brown, Kayla Calhoon, Ciara Holloway, and Erin Holloway.
The family of Frances Holloway wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Sarah Shirley and Steve Racine of Sarah’s Care Home in Lancaster, California for the wonderful support and safe environment they provided to Frances during the last 4 years of her life at their Board and Care facility.
