Judith Ann Garrison

Judith 64, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 4:40

AM as a result of pulmonary embolism; She had heart problems and

uterine cancer that contributed to it.

Judith Garrison was born to Joseph Lester Garrison and Mildred Louise

Garrison in Santa Monica, California, March 23, 1949. She was

preceded in death by both parents; mother, Mildred 93, who died

recently on August 6, 2012.

Judith is survived by her brother Tommy Garrison of Valley Village CA

and sister Linda Whitney of Zachary LA; Cousins: Allan Erickson of

Chatsworth CA; Pam Bridges of Altadena CA; Patricia "Tish" Saddoris

and Vera Lynn of Albuquerque NM; Chris Garrison and Lee Garrison of

Northern CA; James Britton of Hobbs NM; Robert Butler of Lerna IL and

Terry Butler of Mattoon IL.

Mr and Mrs Joseph Garrison raised Judith and Tommy in Van Nuys and

as a family they attended Van Nuys Missionary Church which became

Community Bible Church.

Judith attended Chandler Elementary and Van

Nuys Elementary, then to Village Christian High School. From High

School to California State University of Northridge California. CSUN is

where she received her teaching credential in 2006.

Judith working at JC Penney. LA County Olive View Medical Center,

Los Angeles Sherriffs Department, Daily News, TMP Inc. and

Erwin Street Elementary School.

In the later years Judith was found doing what she loved best. She edited

written articles, sewing, baking and working with various crafts.

The celebration of Judith Garrison Life took place at Eternal

Valley Memorial Park, Newhall, CA. on April 27, 2013 at 1:00 PM.

Rev. Carlos Salinas officiated the service.
