Jose Alfredo Hidalgo

Jose Alfredo Hidalgo “Freddy” was born on October 20’ 1991 in Sun Valley, California. He is the third of four children to Juan Ramon Hidalgo and Blanca Ivon Hidalgo. He lived most of his childhood years in North Hollywood in the “Saticoy House”. Moved out to the Antelope Valley where he lived out the rest of his life.

For those who were fortunate and lucky enough to know him, knew his love for collectables: Funko Pops, action figures like Marvel, D.C, Dragon Ball Z, Pokémon, anime, horror movie characters; as well as horror films, game systems, games and shoes.

He loved his sports. He loved his baseball and was a true Dodger fan. He loved his football and was a true Raiders and USC fan, but his love for basketball was always number one. He loved his Lakers and was a true die-hard Lakers fan, he would always represent by wearing his many Kobe Bryant jerseys.

He had many different jobs but becoming a truck driver like his father was his favorite. Trucking brought them closer together as they would bond while they wrenched on the trucks and figured out that they were way over their heads and needed more assistance, they both learned the hard way, following his father’s footprints.

The spare time he spent: whatever opportunity he got with his two children Jayden and Alaya, his nephew Fabian, Sunday with his family; always cooking up a meal or barbequing watching sports games on his favorite couch with one leg laying on it and the other hanging off of it. As well as shooting fishing, watching horror movies, and always talking crap to all of us about something or hanging out with his especially his best friend Jason.

His favorite holiday was always Halloween, he was always the first one to start bringing out the decorations. He loved 4th of July and would always bring out crazy fireworks, even though half of them wouldn’t work, he made this past 4th of July unforgettable when a few malfunctioning mortars sent neighbors running into homes. Thanksgiving always arguing over how dry the turkey was, but this past thanksgiving in Colorado was one to remember as he did not complain. But the Grinch never stole Christmas he was always taking out Christmas décor, asking when the Christmas tree was going up, and always giving the best from-the-heart gifts.

Even though by being like the Grinch, like all of us, we as a family got to see the best parts of who he was, even though he might have been described by others as reserved, keeping to himself, very serious, a fighter, do not touch my belongings mentality and not afraid to test boundaries, but his smile was and will still be contagious, followed by his one right side smirk, his dimple, and his short dry chuckle.

He wanted to travel the world, had so much to give and do in this world, even more so after his two near death experiences. One of them being fighting and beating stage 4 cancer. God knows Mom tried to keep him here on earth. Unfortunately on his third experience God decided he needed his angel and gave him his wings on July 9th, 2021.

His memory will forever live on by his two children Jayden and Alaya, his siblings Elisa, Elmer, and Jennifer, his nephew Fabian, his niece Amelia and who brought him into this world Blanca and Juan, not forgetting Family and Friends.

We would like to thank everyone who has kept “Freddy” and us in your prayers, to those who helped us in any way, we will forever be grateful.

Vivió la mayor parte de sus anos de infancia en el norte de Hollywood, en la “casa Saticoy. Se mundo al valle del antílope donde vivió el resto de su vida.

Para aquellos que fueron afortunados y lo suficientemente afortunados de conocerlo, conocieron su amor por los coleccionables: Funko Pops, figuras de acción: Marvel, D.C, Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, anime, personales de películas de terror, películas de terror, sistemas de juego, juegos, y zapatos.

Amaba sus deportes, amaba su béisbol y era un Verdadero fanático de los Dodgers. Amada su Futbol americano y era en verdadero fanático de los Raiders y de USC. Pero su amor por el baloncesto siempre fue el número uno, amaba a sus Lakers. Y un verdadero fanático de los Lakers, siempre representaría usando sus muchas camisetas de Kobe Bryant.

Tenía muchos trabajos diferentes, pero convertirse en camionero como su padre era su favorito. El transporte por camión los acero mas ya que se unirían mientras tiraban de los camiones trabajar de mecánicos y se daban cuenta de que estaban muy por encame de sus cabezas y musitaban mas ayuda, aprendieron por las malas, siguiendo las huellas de su padre.

El tiempo libre que tenía: cualquier oportunidad que tuviera fue con sus dos hijos Jayden y Alaya y su sobrino Fabian, y los domingos con la familia siempre cocinando comida o barbacoa y viendo juegos deportivos en so sofá favorito con una pierna apoyada en él y la otra colgando de él. Aduermas ira disparar, a pescar, ver todos nosotros sobre alguna mensura o divertiste con sus amistades, especialmente con su mejor amigo Jason.

Su día festivo favorito era siempre Halloween siempre el primero en empezar a sacar las decoraciones. Le gustaba el 4 de Julio y siempre sacaba fuegos artificiales locos, arenque la mitad de ellos no funcionaban, hizo el pasado 4 de Julio fuera inolvidable cuando unos cuentes morteros que funcionaron mal, hizo que los vecinos corrieran hacia las casas. Acción de gracias en Colorado fue una para recordar ya que no se quejó, pero el grinch nunca se robó la Natividad, siempre sacaba la decoración Navideña y siempre daba los mejores regalos del corazón.

Aunque siendo como el grinch, como todos nosotros como familia pudimos ver las mejores partes de quien era, a pesar de que otros podrían haberlo decrecido como reservado serio, luchador, sin tocar mis pertenecías mentalidad, y nunca tuvo medio de poner a prueba los limites, pero su sonrisa era y seguirá siendo contagiosa, seguida de su sonrisa de lado derecho, su camanance y una risa será y corta.

Quería viajar por todo el mundo. Tenía mucho para dar en este mundo. Más aun después de sus dos experiencias cércanos a la muerte. Uno de ellos estaba reñido y venciendo cáncer etapa cuánto. Dios sabe que mama trato y lucho mucho para mantenerlo aquí en tierra. Des afortunadamente, en su tercera experiencia Dios decidió que neceaba otro ángel y le dio alas el 9 de julio de 2021.

Su memoria vivirá para siempre por sus dos hijos Jayden y Alaya, su sobrino Fabian, su sobrina Amelia, sus hermanos Elisa, Elmer, Jennifer y quienes lo trajeron al mundo sus papas Juan y Blanca, y no olvidar sus familiares y amistades
