Jeffrey Stephen Gibbons

January 4, 1953 – October 26, 2012

A wonderful soul took his last breath on October 26, 2012 surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Van Nuys, CA Jeff is survived by his wife of 36 years, Colleen Gibbons of Valencia; his two daughters, Cassie and Tracy Gibbons of Valencia; and his brother, Greg Gibbons of Suffock, VA. Jeff is also survived by countless family members and amazing friends. He attended Birmingham High School in the San Fernando Valley, Jeff was an avid golfer and was Club Champion at Crystalaire County Club two years in a row until turning in his clubs for fatherhood. He owned his own business, Gibbons Pool Service, and was a member of IPSSA, and worked in both in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys. Jeff is now in a better place, but the world is in much more pain without him in it.

Services will be held at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Newhall on Friday, November 2 at 9 a.m. After the memorial service, a gravesite ceremony will take place at Eternal Valley followed by a celebration of life at Vista Valencia Golf Course.
