Sue, Maureen, Lisa and Family..... I just read about J.C. on line and I feel so bad he was such a great guy, he always made me laugh with his own funny laugh. It has been wonderful to read all the memories J.C.'s family has of times past.  I recognize some of the names like Gaylord, John, Joy Donald, etc, from way back in the early 60's.  J.C. will be missed, I have very fond memories of back then, when I was married to his brother, Jerry. Every time I see the actor, Donald Sutherland, or his son, Kyle, I am reminded of J.C., they look so much like him! J.C. is now free of pain and sickness and waiting for his loved ones, he is now reunited with his Pa- Jim, and his Mother- Amelia, and his brother- Jerry...I am sure of that.

Sue and family......I want to sincerely express my sympathy and condolences on the passing of J.C.  I was aware of his health issues at the time of Uncle Marvin's 90th birthday party.
I'm certain life had been a major struggle for him, for you, and the girls. I remember J.C. as one of the Moore boy cousins who enjoyed a good laugh, and was a pleasure to be around.  I wish you and your family the very best for the days ahead..........Gaylord Moore

I remember fondly J.C. from way back when we were kids, and then years later when he made a trip back to Missouri and we float fished the Big Piney River in Missouri. Later at Uncle Marvins 90th birthday party.  By then he had become very handicapped but was enjoying the visit, as I also was. Had good intentions of coming out for a visit, but you may know how that is. Expect to see him again with a new and sick free body. Cousin Bob from Missouri

Sue, Maureen, & Lisa...We were so sorry to hear about JC.  There are many wonderful memories surrounding him for John. Hi Sue and Family
My love and heart go out to you in the passing of J.C.
I just talked to my youngest daughter Cindy and we recalled the time we visited you and went on an excursion to the Queen Mary.  That was a wonderful day.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this stressful time.  And do think about coming back to MO for a visit.  We would love seeing you at the Family Reunion. (Last Saturday in July).

I was so sadden to hear of the passing of J.C.  We enjoyed your last visit here so much.  Eddie and I had really wanted to come out and see you all.  But that didn't get to happen.  Eddie and J.C. are having a good visit now in heaven. My heart goes out to you Sue and your family, I know it hasn't been easy the last few years, but I have though about you often.

Sue and Family, We send our prayers to you and yours at this time.  So sorry for the loss. I sure remember the first time I met JC.  I was new to the Moore Family and he was a jokster!!  Lots of laughs that summer.  Lynn has memories of the visits he made to Missouri to visit family here.....

There are a lot of memories I have for my brother J.C. I guess some of the main ones were the trips to Disneyland, Knotts
Berry Farm and many other places.  I spent alot of time at J.C. and Sue's house.  He always tried to watch over me as a big brother wants to do.  We had a lot of fun and when the three brothers got together, we had a good time. I'm glad for the good times because these memories make times like this a little more bearable.  It is not easy to loose a brother, but one thing that I know for sure is he is now out of pain and in the good Lord's hands.  I fully believe we will all be together again someday and talk once more of the good times. I pray the good Lord will be with Sue and the family during these hard times and take care of them.  I have always loved J.C. and Sue and at this time I'll say, so long brother.  I'll see you up there in due time.

I served with JC in the 3rd Armored Division at Fort Knox, KY and Hanau, West Germany 1955-57. I did not have any contact with him for fifty years, until four years ago. JC was a good soldier and friend during those early years. May God bless him and his Family in this time of sorrow.

Rest In Peace Brother

J.C. has always been remembered.  I was married to his brother, Jerry, so many years ago, and I remember when we would go to J.C. and Sue's house on a Sunday and play domino's. I was glad to do this, it meant not having to watch football. He was loved and will be missed, but we will all be together again someday, free of pain, free of stress.

I remember my dad, who died many, many years ago, would call me on my birthday every year and we would catch up and laugh over various things.  One birthday, after my dad died, I received a call and the voice was hauntingly similar, yet a bit more authoritative, than my father's voice.  Uncle JC, without fail, called every year, for many years, to wish me a happy birthday.  He wanted to know how life was treating me, and he was genuinely interested in everything, wanting to know more about everyone in my family.  It was a birthday treat to hear his voice and hear him laugh. 

I know that this has to be an incredibly difficult time for you Aunt Sue, Uncle Joy, Maureen (and the grandchildren) and Lisa, and my heart goes out to all of you.
