Spyke’s passion was his family and he showed his love with his actions, his example and his commitment. His favorite family function by far was the annual family Thanksgiving get together in Yosemite, a tradition he started in 1971 and carried on for decades. He was very proud of his career of 39 years at the Gas Company. He especially loved the relationships he had with his co-workers. His hobby was taking care of his yard, especially his roses.
