Dear Donna,

Thank you for all the joyful moments you gave us! In your presence, I always felt loved and appreciated.

I grew close to you because I love your daughter and her family; I cherish that she calls me a sister from another mister! 

Getting to know you showed me why my friend Kirsten is always so positive and hardworking. I see your beautiful big smile in her and in your granddaughter Kira.

I remember you sharing with me how you overcame so many obstacles in life with successful outcomes. You faced challenging situations and worked hard to succeed while taking care of your kids and protecting them. Your legacy lives on today through your children, grandchildren, friends, and the community.

I first learned about your life, and then I witnessed you fight for your life. You are an example of resilience, hope, and a positive attitude toward adversity.

You understood that there are things we must fight for, and there are situations we must surrender into God's hands. 

Your daily prayers provided you with strength to gracefully navigate the hardship in your body, mind, and soul. Through prayer, you prepared yourself to find peace with whatever the outcome of your journey might be.

I know that in times of adversity, I will think of you to find strength.

Thank you for all the love you gave us. I am very grateful for the times we shared together in Big Bear, San Diego, Palm Springs, Coto de Caza, and, of course, your last home in Robinson Ranch. 

Thank you for opening your home and your heart to me. I miss you and I wish we had more time together, yet, I find comfort knowing that you are now with God and watching over us.

Gary and Kristen. You might not remember me. I met your mom and started working for her in your convert garage which was her office. I took pictures of the houses she was trying to sale. Helped her with open houses. I loved your Mom. She was always kind and caring and loved my daughter also. After the north ridge earth quake. I became a teacher but your Mom and I stayed friends. I too am deeply sadden by the passing of Donna.  She was a great friend and we shared many memories together last year.  I used to work with Donna in real estate, doing the layouts of the homes she sold. I was also her Maid of Honor at her wedding to Tom Dulak. 
Such a grand lady and the best in real state. She spoke very highly of her children and truly enjoyed being a grandmother.
May she rest in peace.  I loved her very much.

I met Donna when she lived at Newport Crest and I was new to the U.S.  She was such a good person to know and befriend.  She was friendly, fun,  knowledgeable, curious, successful.      She was inspirational.   After losing her husband in a most unfortunate car accident, she faced the challenge of raising her children with amazing determination becoming a  very  successful realtor in a highly competitive market.   She was one of the most competent  self-made business women  I have known.  She was a model of a caring mom and grandma.   She was immensely proud of her family and loved them all so dearly.   My heart goes out to you.

So sorry to hear about Donna's passing.
We met at Valencia Realty.  She worked from home before it was ever a "thing".   Her garage was converted into this incredible real estate factory. She and her assistant Ruth worked tirelessly at innovative ideas for prospecting and marketing. One of the most dedicated people  I had ever met in the business.  
But her true love was her kids. She was so proud of all of their accomplishments. Always sharing the latest update on their successes. 
They brought her the most joy.

She was a wonderful person who helped me boost my business when I was just 25 years old and starting in the title business in 1985 and not knowing anyone in the Santa Clarita Valley. 

She was a leader in the industry and very well respected by her peers.

She was so kind to me since I knew no one in Real Estate and was not from the community. She introduced me to her friends and encouraged them to work with me. And they did listen to her.

She was my mentor and my encourager and an amazing friend. I am lucky to have had her in my life

It was such a great pleasure to get to know Donna as her primary doctor the last few years.  Even in the midst of the difficult medical issues, she was always filled with “spunk” and enjoyed life.
