Diana Storey Allen

Funeral services will be held 2-4 PM PST on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Eternal Valley Memorial in Santa Clarita, CA, with Pastor Rachel of Santa Clarita Methodist Church, officiating. Private cremation will follow. Arrangements are by Eternal Valley, and a gathering of friends and family will be held after the services to share memories and good times with Diana.

Diana’s first language was Spanish; she was born in Manhattan, NY, to her Puerto Rican parents Bernardo and Maria Vargas on March 23, 1962. She went to school in Hollywood and San Fernando Valley, CA. She married Michael Storey who she had two girls with, Wendy and Kelly. Michael was deceased sometime after. Later, she married Fred Allen on June 22, 2003, in San Fernando Valley, CA, joining her family with Fred and his daughter Desirae. She studied at West Valley Occupational Center, Pierce College, and College of the Canyons. She worked as a Special Education Instructional Assistant for the Castaic Union School District for 27 years.

Diana is preceded in death by her mom and dad, Maria and Bernardo, and her brother Manuel Vargas.

Diana is survived by her husband Fred, daughters Wendy, Kelly, and Desirae, and her grandchildren Melrose, Marley, Monae, Mila, Jaxen, and Evelyn.

Pallbearers will be the closest family members of Diana Allen.
