Lt. Col. Dale J. Stephens died on December 26, 2014. He served his country in the Air Force and then the Air Force Reserves for 40 years. He is a survivor of Stalag XVII where he was held as a POW in WWII. He is survived by a wife, Virginia; a daughter, Anne; and two sons, Gregory and Andrew.
