My deepest condolences to Cheryl’s family.
Cheryl will be greatly missed on this earth by me and many who knew her. We had many  wonderful years working together at the Natural History Museum. Her kindness toward others around her was unmatched. I loved talking with her about music and food. Barry White was one of her favorite music artist and when a group would go out for lunch she would always save a portion of her meal to take home. I remember one time we had lunch at an Italian restaurant and she loved the ravioli filled with jalapeño. Yes, she loved spicy food. But don’t let me take away from the fact she was incredible getting her work and those of others completed. The world would be a better place if there were more people with a heart like her’s.
I will miss my friend.
