Bonnie Angell of Sylmar, CA, loving mother, wife, and friend passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, November 7 at the age of 89. Bonnie was born in Indiana and was a middle child. Her family moved to California in 1944. She was a devoted wife and mother. Bonnie enjoyed letter writing and her letters would faithfully arrive tri-weekly in her relatives' mailboxes for over 4 decades. Regaling family with anecdotes of her childhood and family history was a favorite of hers. Bonnie had an affinity for all animals, especially dogs and cats whom she would rescue over the years. She attended Granada Hills Community Church and enjoyed socializing with cherished friends and neighbors. Bonnie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, daughter, youngest son, sister, and brother. She is survived by two children, seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
