Rodney “Rusty” Larkins, 57, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023. He was born November 19, 1966 in Muskogee, OK to the late William and Lucille (Barrett) Larkins. Rusty was Lab Team Lead, employed with the City of Newburgh. A Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 22, 2023 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, officiated by Pastor Bill Altman, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
