Patricia Ann Wilder

Patricia Ann Wilder, 90, of Newburgh, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024. She was born July 24, 1933 in Evansville to the late Jesse Bernard and Charlotte (Kitzinger) Rhodes.
Patricia graduated from Newburgh High School in 1951. She was a member of Zion UCC Newburgh. Patricia worked for the FBI in DC and Indiana Bell Telephone before becoming a mother and homemaker.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Robert Lee Kroeger in 1984; her husband of 33 years, Larry Eugene Wilder; sister, Trudi Eccleston; and brother, Jerry Rhodes.
She is survived by sons, Glenn Kroeger (Ann) and Roger Kroeger (Rhonda) of Newburgh; daughter, Nancy Ripani (John) of Andersonville, TN; step daughter, Jenny Brown (Larry) of Boonville; step son, Jay Wilder of Bowling Green, KY; grandchildren, Matthew, Brian, Valerie, Beth, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Lee and Samantha; 10 great-grandchildren; step grandchildren, April, Brandi, Josh, Jeremy and Jaylyn; four step great-grandchildren, and sister, Bonnie Miller of Boonville.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, officiated by Pastor Dan Kennedy, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday from noon until service time at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bell Oaks and Dr. Melinda Jackson, Brickyard Golden Living, Deaconess Neuro ICU, and Linda White Hospice for their loving care the past eight months.
