

She joins her late husband, Donald “Big Daddy” Blanchard; brother, Frederick Schwenn; and sisters, Barbara Williamson and Rita Burgdorf.
Besides being a successful businesswoman and president of Blanchard and Company Accountancy Corporation in Boonville, IN, Marianne served in the Jaycee Jaynes and was active in the Newburgh Kiwanis for many years. She was an avid fisherman, an excellent cook and a talented cake decorator. She loved music and played the accordion and piano. She was an active member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Newburgh, and enjoyed singing in the choir.
Marianne is survived by her children, Willis Blanchard (Veronica) of Newburgh, Rebecca Ismail (Zahoor) of Newburgh and Donna Blanchard of Evansville. She is also survived by her sister, Dixianna Monteabaro of Pompano Beach, FL. She loved her 4 grandchildren, Angel Nelson of Evansville, Leah Lindsey of Cleaton, KY, Moranda Ismail of Newburgh, and Annabelle Ismail Fischer of Newburgh; as well as her 2 great-grandchildren, Dylan Nelson and Dexter Kasim Ly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 29, 2015 Alexander Newburgh Chapel, officiated by Rev. Ed Helms and Ron Diehl with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit 3-8 PM on Wednesday and 10:30 AM until service time on Thursday at Alexander Newburgh Chapel.
