

He graduated from Bosse High School. Soon afterward, he enlisted in the US Air Force where his long relationship with computer systems began. After four years of military service, he returned to his hometown. He took a job at Deaconess Hospital, became a biomedical technician, and was instrumental in establishing their first cardiac cauterization lab. He was next employed by the University of Evansville in the Department of Engineering. He managed the equipment room, taught classes, helped set up their first internet system and earned a BS degree in electrical engineering. After many years at U of E, he left to establish his own consulting business, Integrity Computing Solutions, which served mainly small businesses and local county government offices.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Terry; son, Jason (Suzanne); daughter, Caroline (Rachel); grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob and Lillian; brothers, Michael and Donald; niece, Leslie, and nephews, Michael and Donny.
The family will receive visitors at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261 on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 p.m.
