Barton Scott Adams

He worked for Hoosier Wheel as a welder for 14 years. Barton loved life and laughter and enjoyed dancing and barbecuing. He was an avid fan of the Steelers and Cardinals, attending many games with his best friend, Pete Hamilton.

Barton was preceded in death by his brothers, Samuel Adams and Robert Livingston, and sister, Leadra Adams.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Adams; son, Bryon Adams; daughter, Bailey Adams; sisters, Viola Jones and Tamara Anderson; step-children, Ashley Moss (CJ), Amber Anderson (Adam), Alyssa Hershey (Zachary) and Aaron Watson (Brylee); 5 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2022 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may visit Monday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
