Virginia M. Gannon died on Monday, October 31st, 2011. She was the beloved daughter of the late N.Y.S. Supreme Court Justice Vincent de Paul Gannon and his wife, Mae. She was predeceased by her brothers, Brig Gen. (Ret.) Vincent de Paul, Donald F. and Robert I. Gannon.
Virginia Gannon is survived by her son, Michael O’Leary, her daughter-in-law, Katherine and her grandson, Daniel, along with dozens of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
Mass of the Eucharist will be celebrated on Thursday, November 3rd, 2011 at 11am at The Church of the Epiphany, 373 Second Avenue, at 22nd Street, in Manhattan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Father Gannon Scholarship Fund for the Our Lady Queen of Peace Parochial School, 22 Steele Avenue, Staten Island, N.Y. 10306
