Born in Brooklyn to Nathan and Helen Forman, Milton Forman was a lifelong New Yorker, a successful businessman, devoted family man and enthusiastic supporter of music and the arts. Beloved husband of Eunice Ballantyne Forman, he leaves also his sister Roslyn Weinrauch, three sons Daniel (Jo), William (Angela) and David (Kathie); grandchildren Naomi (Sean), Rachel (Luke), Tamar (Jacob), Lily, Nelson, Adam and Lena (Sean); step-grandson Cole; his niece Susanne, nephews Michael and James: and three great-grandchildren, Avital, Isaac and Cora.
His loss will be mourned also by the many others whose lives he touched.
