Dear Loved Ones of Michael Schwartz,

I was saddened to learn of Michael's passing. I spoke with Michael a few times over the phone and found him to be a memorable, good man. I am the brother of Michael's difficult neighbor, and I am sorry that I could not be of assistance to him with that terrible situation. Nonetheless, I genuinely appreciated Michael's good humor and concern for the welfare of my troubled brother.

We lost a good man, way too soon. My condolences to Michael's family and friends.

 I was quite surprised and shock to find out about Michael Schwartz who had passed away during this year. It's so hard to believe that this man will no longer exist in the community or anywhere. It's so sad indeed. A good man who was a good husband and a person who was so devoted to his family. After finding out of his passing, I cried just to know that my neighbor Michael Schwartz, will no longer able to advise me about the kind of foods that has glucose and artificial flavoring to the foods I recall he used to tell me to read the instruction of the panel of ingredients of every item , to stay away from sodium and sugar.  
I said a prayer to Jesus, our Lord:
Dear Lord,
Michael Schwartz has passed away and no doubt he is now in the process of entering to your heavenly Kingdom where all the angels with their trumpets and clarinets are alerting you of his arrival. Please oh Lord, look after him, protect him and guide him in heaven wherever he ends up. Up and no doubt when you're in heaven you have to work for your wings. No doubt there will be many people who will miss him knowing that he'll never be coming back to put his trash cans back in its location so nobody won't hit it with their car or to look for the mailman to see if there's any mail for him or the family. As his neighbor, I am writing down my condolences to the family and is to say; It will take time to heal the pain that you're suffering. I too had suffered myself when I lost my husband. Cherished the memories and to spend time in the places that he always enjoy going. Spend time with family and close friends in a time like this. I truly hope that he didn't suffer in pain and he rest in peace in eternity. He will certainly be missed! Amen! 


I'm sending this to Linda Loeb and the family, to find you out about your husband that passed away. I am truly sorry to hear you have loss of good man and companion in your life. I truly hope he rest in peace in the heavenly kingdom where Jesus our Lord is. May Jesus, our Lord shine down from heaven to your homes, to give you strength and peace of knowing Michael Schwartz is resting in the heavenly kingdom where all the angels are. Amen!

Michael was such a wonderful person! So kind.  I will always remember he and Linda joining our self-advocates and cheering on the Yankees at Yankee Stadium! What fun! May he rest in peace knowing he is well loved by all those who had the honor of knowing him!

Dear Linda, Rachel and Matthew,
Words escape me. I owe Michael so much. When he offered me a job at Signature, it was literally a lifeline - I was so miserable at the nonprofit I was trying to run, but I knew it destined to fail. Michael put his trust in me, that I could learn something new and restart my career. 
He was a generous and giving mentor to me, never holding me back and giving me lots of room to make mistakes.  I will be forever in his debt. 
He and I had a lot in common despite our different backgrounds. Before Covid upended all our lives, I enjoyed chatting with him every morning as he ate his oatmeal and coffee - there was always a lot to talk about!
It is not fair that he was taken from you at a time when you had a right to be hopeful about his health and your futures together. Sometimes understanding just fails us...
