Mary was born on July 14, 1951, in New York, NY, to her loving parents, Thomas and Ellen (Aka Helen) Feeney (Nee Davitt). Throughout her life, Mary exuded warmth, compassion, and a selfless dedication to helping others, traits that defined her both personally and professionally.
As a devoted mother, Mary leaves behind her cherished children, Lauren Campagna (spouse Rasfa Ramsay), Alexis Campagna, and Thomas Herrera (spouse Alexandra). She was a pillar of strength and support to her family, guiding them with love and wisdom through life’s many challenges and triumphs.
Mary was also a proud grandmother to five adoring grandchildren, Elijah, Kaidyn, Dublin, Penelope, and Ade, whose laughter and joy brought immense happiness to her life.
In addition to her children and grandchildren, Mary was a loving sister to Thomas V Feeney,(spouse Paul Parzuchowski)
Professionally, Mary’s passion for caregiving led her to a fulfilling career as a Registered Nurse at Lenox Hill Hospital. She was a graduate of the last class of Lenox Hill Hospital Nursing School. Her commitment to providing compassionate care touched the lives of countless patients and earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Tuesday, March 26, from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Walter B. Cooke Funeral Home. A Roman Catholic Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 27, at 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, where Mary found solace and strength in her faith.
Mary will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will continue to inspire and uplift those whose lives she touched.
