It is with great sadness that the family of Judy Chiang-Yuan Tsai announces her passing in Elmhurst, New York. Judy will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Wen Tung, Harry Tung, and Tom Tong, her sisters Hsueh-Mei Tung and Becky Huang, and her many beloved nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews. Judy was predeceased by her parents Lin-Chin Tung and Yi-Mei Lo Tung, her husband Kun Tseng Tsai, and brother James Tung.
Memorial donations may be made in Judy's memory to Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, New York.
