Born July 6, 1963 in Decatur Illinois, Judd is predeceased by his mother Merry H. Waddell, father Robert H. Waddell, and partner Steven Ferre.
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Judd became a successful bridal designer, and worked at leading companies in the fashion industry, including operating Judd Waddell LLC from 2000 - 2016.
Although he spent over 35 years living in New York City, he retained strong ties to his hometown of Illiopolis, Illinois from where he made many lifelong friendships.
Judd will forever be remembered by his many dear friends for his unflappable sense of style, enormous talent, insanely quick wit, and irreverent sense of humor.
