Forrest, John A., 69, passed away on December 18, 2013. He was an established fine jewelry designer, renowned for his work with 24K gold and seashell collections. He pioneered on Greenwich Ave. in the Village with his unique jewelry store called Ouch. John was loved for his dry wit, style, and loyalty to his partner, family and friends. He was intelligent, perceptive and caring. John and his partner traveled extensively around the world, collecting antiques and art with his keen eye and passion. Beloved life partner of Benny Lin. Also survived by his sister, Mary. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 at 6pm at Frank E. Campbell FH, 81st and Madison Ave.
