Dr. Bill Chi-Yuan Yang passed away peacefully on October 1, 2023, at the age of 92, at Calvary Hospital with his beloved wife Dr. Mei-Uih Yang at his side.
Bill was born on February 1, 1931, in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States in 1963. Bill and Mei-Uih married on November 19, 1963, in New York City. In 1978, Bill received his Doctorate from Columbia University. He was known as a scholar, an aesthetician, and a perfectionist! A warm, sincere, kind, and generous person, Bill was well-loved by his relatives, friends, and co-workers. He will be dearly missed.
A private viewing will be held on Sunday, Oct 8, 2023, at Riverside Memorial Chapel and the memorial service will be arranged later.
