we walked dogs together, we laughed together, you met Pam and I met Barry..we all then lived on 14th St, separate apts lol, shared laughter, tears, we argued and thought and laughed , song, dance, food and life ... we were  friends... Fido was my dogs  Gitano's friend and not to forget Paranoia and Flower... ahhhh life moves on,  death claims but soul on high... Andy, Pam, you will always live on in our hearts... 

After seeing Andy almost daily for more than 20 years, I still cannot believe he is gone and am so personally saddened by his passing. He was always cordial, competent and a little bit wry; he is very much missed. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family.

Please accept sincere condolences from one of many residents at Bleecker Court, where Andy worked, who will miss him terribly.  I feel the more saddened at the thought of his suffering in his final hours when I remember what a dignified, courteous and helpful man he was.  He was a gentleman in every sense.  

Our paths crossed frequently as we walked our dogs in the village.  We chatted just recently when I was off to Paris for a trip.  I knew from previous conversations that a bit of his heart was always in Paris.  

Andy was a strikingly dapper, calm, gracious man, and of course very good looking.  One couldn't help but wonder, sometimes, how he came to his current line of work: for sure, he was a fine technician who took pride in getting things fixed, but he was also a sophisticated man of the world with a wealth of experience.  But he never made you think he was a fish out of water.  On the contrary, he was the kind of cool, meditative guy who could make wherever he was into his natural element and himself its center.  In this respect I have to say that I found him an inspiration.

Rest in peace dear Andy. And may you now be together again with your lovely Pam.

To Michael. Bonnie, Kyle, Crystal and all of Andy and Pam's family, I'm sorry for your loss. I learned so much about Andy at the memorial service that one could only learn about someone by hearing from his inner circle. Andy was a "class act" for whom there is no parallel. His memory will live on in me, as in all of you. He will not be forgotten. Despite his difficulties toward the end of his life, he lived a full and rich one, and just like Andy—decided when he had enough. Thank you for inviting me to the service. I apologize I could not gather with you afterward, as I had to attend another memorial right afterward. Love and peace to all of you.

I am a cousin that you probably do not know. I remember your parents  very well. However you may remember my mother Jean Brenner and my grandmother Celia Epstein a sister of Anna Rosenthal.
