She was educated in Puerto Rico in public schools, relocated to the United States Bronx, New York, and eventually made her home in New York City. She was a member of the catholic church Holy Agony Church at 1834 3rd Ave, New York, New York.
Alice D. González joined Holy Matrimony to Luis Acevedo and enjoyed 20 years of Matrimonial. Out of this union, God blessed them with six children.
As the years went by, she decided to persevere in the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church located at 155 E. 107th St., New York, N.Y. 10029. She was a warm and loving Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and Friend. She found great joy often on her birthdays, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas when family members and longtime friends gathered.
She could often be heard telling others how blessed she was to have such a warm and loving family, and that love extended throughout the community in which she lived. Although she was blessed with six of her own, her arms were always open to accept and love others.
