Tom retired from General Motors of Michigan, he was a professional banjo picker, he loved bluegrass music and western movies. He was also an avid animal lover. Tom was a member of Evening Star Masonic Lodge #180 in New Tazewell, TN.
Tom is survived by his loving wife Jimmy Faye (Smith) Ward, Sister Rita Ward, Uncle Bill Ward, Niece Rena (Bradley) Gilbert, Stepdaughter Terina (Steve) Givens, Stepson Andy (Kayla) Williams. Step Grandchildren Taylor Keck and Caleb Keck. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday November 2nd, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 2 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell, TN.
Funeral 2 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel;
Burial will follow in the Irish Memorial Cemetery.
