We would like to thank Claiborne Health and Rehabilitation Center where Shaun has made his home since November, 2019; he was cared for by many exceptional caregivers, whom will miss his presence greatly. He enjoyed the company of many friends that he met during his stay there.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Tazewell, Tennessee, where he attended faithfully when health allowed.
He had a zest for working jigsaw puzzles, and reveling at the beauty that each one disclosed when completed, some of which were framed and put on his wall to enjoy.
He was an avid follower of NASCAR races, and no doubt was Dale Earnhardt's number one fan; he tried to never miss a viewing on race day; he had a passionate desire to collect Dale Earnhardt memorabilia that continued all his days.
In earlier times, Shaun loved the outdoors, where he would spend hours using a metal detector to discover many unearthed hidden treasures.
Our hearts are grieving that Shaun has answered God's call to "come live with me in Paradise," but we rejoice and look ahead to the time when we will all be reunited in a perfect home.
