Richard Glenn Hulsey age 54 of Rutledge, TN was born June 16, 1961 and passed away November 14, 2015 at his home with his family. He was an honorable Veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Kenneth Milton Hulsey & Vivian Conner Hart and brother Robert Hulsey.
