Gennell Noah

Gennel C. Noah age 79 of Ewing, VA was born July 12, 1934 and passed away March 31, 2014 on her beloved farm. She was a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church. She loved baking good food, gardening, her friends and good conversation, and spending time at Still Meadows, but most of all she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ishmael and Naomi Rowlett Crockett; husband, Charles Noah and brother, Troy Crockett.

She is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-law: Kim and Karen Noah of Lebanon, VA

Granddaughter: Kristen Hanson and husband Bryan of Brandenburg, KY

Great Granddaughter: Lauren Hanson

Granddaughter: Kellee Bostic and husband Jason of Midway, GA

Grandson: Kevin Noah and wife Amy of Johnson City, TN

Sisters: Muriel Moreau, Bennie Morris, Kathlene Ballew and husband Clarence

Brothers: Dillard Crockett and wife Maxine

David Crockett

Sister-in-law: Pearl Noah Moyers Dean and husband John of Virginia Beach, VA

And several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 P.M. Thursday at Walnut Hill Baptist Church with funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. Thursday night at the Church. Minister: Rev. Kim Collingsworth
