Bobbie Ruth Surber

Mrs. Bobbie Surber age 74 of Tazewell, TN was born February 5, 1936 and passed away February 1, 2011 at the Claiborne County Nursing Home. She and Leonard “Pete” Surber were married 59 years on January 25, 2011. She was a faithful member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cagger and Stella Williams; Mother and Father-in-law, Rev. Claude & Buna Surber; 5 brothers, Alvie, Ted, Virgil, Emery and Frank Williams; Step-Father Joe Whitaker; Sisters-in-law & Brothers-in-law, Rachel & Ben Baker, Lindee & Ralph Crockett, Josie & George Collingsworth, and Faye Crigger.

She is survived by her Husband : Leonard “Pete” Surber

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Thursday February 3, 2011 with funeral service to follow at 8:00 P.M. Thursday night in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service 11:00 A.M. Friday in the Liberty Cemetery.
