Theresa Sandoval of New Rochelle passed away on Sunday November 4, 2012. She was 83 years old. Theresa was born in Mexico on August 12, 1929 and was the daughter of Rafael and Josefa Valencia. She was predecased by her husband and will be missed by her loving family.
