Irene Cohen of New Rochelle passed away Wednesday August 28, 2013. She was 90 years old. Irene was born on Novemebr 21, 1922 and was the daughter of Charles and Luba Bailmen. She was predeceased by her husband and is survived by her daughter Lynn Axelrod and son Charles Cohen. A 12:00 p.m. Chapel service is scheduled for Friday followed by a private cremation.
