Roy Wayne Parsons passed away on December 18, 2012 at the age of 88. Roy worked the majority of his life in Lansing, Michigan as a painter and contracter until his retirement in 1988. Shortly after, he moved to Florida to enjoy those years with his wife, Pauline, who survives him. He is also survived by his sons, Curtis Allen Parsons, and Rodney Wayne "Skip" Parsons; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Roy is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Parsons, who died just three days prior. Roy was a kind, loving, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
