Nelson George

Nelson George Pallivathukal, 58, passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife Sherly at Shore Point Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida on December 9, 2021.

Nelson was born in Kerala, India on September 9th 1963, received his degree from K.E College Mannanam. He started working at Qatar in 1989. On August 5, 1999 he married Sherly. He immigrated to the United States in 2002. He moved to Port Charlotte, Florida in 2006. Subsequently he started his Real Estate Business to serve the community better. He was a part of growing Malayalee community in Tampa Bay and was a member of the associations in Tampa.

He was a devoted Father, who had immense pride in his children. He celebrated every one of their accomplishments with family and friends and provided guidance, love and support

Nelson will always be missed with love by his family and friends.

Nelson is survived by Sherly, his beloved wife for 22 years; son George and daughter Ann. He is also survived by his mother Philomina George; siblings Nisha and Neyson; brother in law Lalichen and Sister in law Minu; His wife’s family Leelamma and Georgekutty, Kunjamma and Mathew, Jose and Mary Karuthedom, Thankamma and James, Gracykutty and Sojan, Kunjunjamma and Jose, Mini and Jogi, Mathew and Jimcy and several nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 15th at 10 am at Our Lady Queen of Piece Catholic Church (5340 High Street, New Port Richey, FL, 34652). Funeral mass will start at 11 am, Our Lady Queen of Piece Catholic Church. Nelson will be laid rest at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey FL 34652. Reception to follow at Our Lady Queen of Piece Church Parish Hall.
