82, passed away on April 16, 2015. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, James R.; daughter Susan Emens (Peter); sons Thomas and David (Pamela); grandchildren Bryan and Jamie Emens and Nathan Perry. Born in Toledo, OH, Elaine moved to Florida 36 years ago from Perrysburg, OH.
Cremation has taken place. A private ash-scattering ceremony will be held in Tampa Bay, FL at a later date.
