Edmund Janus

Edmund Janus, 92, of New Port Richey, Florida passed into eternity Saturday September 1, 2012.　 He was born to John Janus and Magdeline Theisen. Edmund resided in Florida since 1959 and was a PABX Installer and Repairman with GTE and a member of the Independent Telephone Pioneers Association.　 Ed was a frugal, ingenious, creative man; able to fix most anything, expressing his artistic talents in oil paintings, and enjoying puzzles and board games. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

He left behind three children Kathleen, Robert, and Charles, their mother Valerie, his second wife of over thirty years Mary, step sons James and Jerry, their spouses and five grandchildren.　

Visitation will be 1:00-3:00PM Monday, September 10, 2012. Funeral service will follow at 3:00PM, all located at North Meadowlawn 4244 Madison Street New Port Richey, Fl 34652.　

As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be made to Suncoast Hospice, Palm Harbor Florida.
