Beth & Rodney,

As I wrote your names I could almost 'hear' your mother saying them with her neat southern accent. She sure was proud of all her kids & loved to talk about them when she lived here in Emmaus. Although I hadn't seen her in many years, I still remember her as a fun loving, "crazy" person who seemed to get a lot of pleasure out of life. I'm truly sorry for your loss. Sincerest sympathy.

Beth - From the first time I met your mom when you lived in Minnesota and she came to visit you I felt like I had known her her all my life. She was such a kind, warm hearted woman and I always loved seeing her when I visited you.  I hold the memory of the last time I visited you in Florida and we went to lunch with your mom - that was such a lovely afternoon.  You and your mom were so close -- You are in my heart

Beth...I am so sorry. Your mom and my dad were so close as kids and she really helped Debbie & I when he passed away. She was always so kind and in the sametime strong. I miss the Frog arguements between all the brothers and sisters...and I will miss her . I thank God he loaned her to us . You and everyone there are in our prayers

I thank the Lord for many things. One of the greatest gifts was in giving us a sister such as you. You were full of life and joy your whole life. Being the eldest, I sometimes was a bit of a bore. You would laugh and tease me until I laughed with you. What memories, I have stored in my memory banks. You will be ever with me, to cheer me on dark days and bring gladness and joy into every situation. I will miss you but "will see you and hear you" in Beth Anne and Rodney.

We both understand deeply the loss of your mother. Keep her close in your heart and share those memories with your children. She lives forever in you.

Beth, Hold on to the memories that you shared with your mother, that will give you the strength that you need at this time and all the times you think about her.  I think a lot about the times at Meadowyck and how your mom always seemed to handle our nonsense so much better than the rest of our mothers. I hope that in her journey she meets up with my mother and they can share laughter.  I pray for you to find the strength to see that though you miss her she will always be smiling down upon you and your family. When you need to share with her or just be close, go to your porch and look up to the stars and talk, she will hear....
